The Village of Penn Yan is conducting a public hearing regarding 2442 Old Rte. 14A (adjacent to the fair grounds) on December 17th at 6:00pm at the Village Hall 111 Elm St, Penn Yan, NY.

The purpose is to obtain public input on the proposed annexation of 2442 Old Rte 14A.

Cost impacts on public services including but not limited to fire protection, police protection, utilities will be discussed.
